A LETTER FROM LUENA

Beloved In Christ, Our Lord and Wonderful Savior:

As I prepare to write this year-end message to you, I believe the Lord has impressed upon me a sense of urgency that we have much to do to be prepared for the days that are coming upon us. Many of you, as well as myself, have loved ones who have no sense of the time that is coming upon us. They are caught up in a world of darkness and deception. But, I believe God is calling all of us to prepare for the time is short, and life as we have known it, is coming to an end.

The news of what is happening all around us becomes darker each day and what was once considered shocking and abominable in God’s sight, is today accepted as normal, fine, even good or liberating. My brothers and sisters, God has not changed, nor is He blind or deaf to what man is saying or doing in HIS world to deceive the masses. More than ever, we all who know Our King, should be spending much time in seeking His face and asking Him for direction as to what He wants us to be doing in the days remaining.

Some of you already know where He wishes you to labor for His kingdom, but others of you may not be certain as to the direction He wishes you to go. Jesus said, “Come unto Me…” (Matt. 11:28). When you come to Him, He will not disappoint you, but rather He will lift you up into a place of eagerness to go and a delight to do what He lays out before you.

You all know that Theotherapy in the USA has been reaching out to broken souls for 25 years. God brought much healing to all of us and His plan was not to heal us and do nothing with it. He is calling you to “go” and give what He has given you. In doing so, you will be preparing God’s people for His glorious return, and dispelling the darkness that surrounds those we love, those He puts in our paths, and those He has placed behind bars, where there has been so little light.

Although there are a few churches who still seek the healing provided by Theotherapy, we are finding God leading us more and more to the incarcerated. We are also experiencing greater miracles, signs and wonders when we minister in prisons. I am asking all our facilitators to go at least one time into the prison to see if that is where God wants you to be reaching out with the same love He has given you. You may decide that you are not called to the incarcerated. That’s fine, but don’t stop there. Keep asking and seeking the Lord for where He wants you to minister His love and mercy. If however, you find that He is calling you to prison ministry I believe you will be blessed in ways you never dreamed possible. For those of us who have been so highly blessed by the work we are doing behind bars, I believe we would all agree that although we bring love and blessings to the inmates, it is we who have answered God’s call according to Matt.25:43 that have been blessed beyond any other ministry experiences in the past. That’s why I would like all of our facilitators to try it for at least one day.

The past year has been filled with many blessings from the Lord. There’s been much traveling, much ministry and many hours of prayer with loved ones who have walked alongside of me for many years, as well as others who are newer to the ministry, but have quickly grasped God’s vision for the place He wishes them to have in Theotherapy. It is also very gratifying to see those who have been trained in Theotherapy step up to the plate and deliver that leadership that He has prepared them for, and to see how they each excel in the gifts He has deposited in them.

Recently I purchased a home in Lyles, Tennessee (near Nashville). I plan to move into it around December 5th. I will be traveling back and forth from Pennsylvania to Tennessee since we still have our headquarters in Murrysville, PA and the work up there is flourishing rapidly.

In 2007 we are expecting some exciting new doors to open to us in prison work in both Tennessee and PA, and there is a need to train many more facilitators to meet those challenges as they arrive. I would covet your prayers in this area. Many of you (facilitators) may be called upon to help us with training classes and I would love to know your availability to help us with the teaching and facilitating. If you sense God speaking to you in this area, please contact Mark West or me as soon as possible.

The work in Texas is also growing and through the Texans we are ministering to some people in Chicago, IL who are hoping we can grow in their area as well.

Jackson, TN continues to grow and under Dorothy Dresser’s anointed direction the numbers of facilitators is also increasing. Living in the Nashville area will help me to be more in touch with the work going on in Tennessee. Mark West has been carrying a very heavy load in trying to help us in PA with prison work as well as keeping three prison programs in TN.

I pray God continue to bless each one of you who have supported me and the ministry of Theotherapy with your prayers, talents, funds and sacrifices. As you abide in His love, your well shall never run dry, and your life here on earth will be a blessing to all those who have the privilege of knowing you.

Know that I love you always with the love He gave to me.

Luena Darr

We would like to say a special word of thanks to all of our donors and supporters. Your prayers, encouragement and financial support help bring “God’s Healing” to the broken body of Christ behind walls of concrete and razor wire. The inmates in each of our four prisons send you Holiday greetings and heartfelt thanks for your generosity!
