I would like to commend Theotherapy Seminars Incorporated for its consistent commitment to providing a quality rehabilitative program for the female offenders here at the Correctional Development Center for Females.

Their commitment to excellence and genuine desire to make a difference is noteworthy.  The CDCF program staff notice the offenders participating in the program find the program to be beneficial in helping them to deal with their conflicts.
